CTK vibrodamping material, is designed for maximum comfort in your car. It absorbs road noise and increases the dynamic range of the sound system. Thanks to these properties you will significantly reduce the noise level in the car and can enjoy high-quality music. The material is a multilayer construct, consisting of aluminum foil with embossment and printed logo and an adhesive polymer layer, protected with anti-adhesive paper.
It is basic vibrodamping material combining effective vibration – absorbing properties at a reasonable price. Foil 60 microns thick provides the flexibility of the material – which is necessary when facing irregular shapes. The universal thickness of material (2 mm) allows to treat all essential body components – doors, luggage trunk, roof, floor and hood.
Series of materials combining high quality with a reasonable price. Three types of thickness permit to choose vibrodamping material in accordance with the treated car body component. The important vibration – absorbing properties are conditional on the improved formula of the mastic layer, as well as on the embossed aluminum foil 100 microns thick, which reduces structure-borne noises.
The distinctive feature of the vibrodamping materials of this series is the top performance with a substantial weight reduction. One more peculiarity is its extra stickiness. The series Premium possesses the widest range of thicknesses and is designed for real connoisseurs of high auto music sound quality.

CTK sound insulation materials are an important component of automotive insulation. Their main task is to scatter and reduce the amplitude of sound waves passing through them. This is achieved due to the open cell structure of the materials. The installation of sound insulation materials allows not only to reduce the level of external noise. but also to improve the acoustic comfort of the car. An additional property of sound insulation materials is thermal insulation.
Elastic is a material based on rubber. It is excellent for car noise and thermal insulation. The adhesive layer provides a reliable fastening of the material even to an irregular surface.
Sound and thermal insulation material. This is a light plastic material, which has a closed-cell structure, it doesn’t absorb moisture, being long-lasting. It provides perfect sound and thermal insulation of passenger compartment, permits to keep freshness for a long time in the heat, and warm when it is cold.
Self-adhesive, very light thermo-acoustic material, reinforced with metal foil, aimed at reflecting thermal emission and further improvement of acoustic
properties. This is one of the most effective materials for heat and sound insulation of the car interior, characterized by low sound transmission (noise) and good thermal insulation properties, including at higher temperatures. Due to limited flexibility, CTK Elastic F mats are easily installed on flat and less complex surfaces. The product does not emit toxins after heating to + 150oC. Due to this, as well as to their oil-resistant and waterproof properties, CTK TempoFix F materials can be used on almost all parts of the vehicle body, including the engine compartment cover. To achieve the best effect, it is recommended to use it together with vibration-damping mats wherever possible. Elastic F is best applied as a second layer. This material is identical to the series CTK Elastic, its distinctive feature is a layer of aluminum foil from the outer side, that gives heat-reflecting properties to the material, and thus increases the thermal and sound insulation effect.
Material based on natural non-woven fabric. It has an excellent noise-absorbing and heat-insulating effect. It is very convenient to use due to the glue layer on the one side. It is also easy to apply on complex surfaces; eco-friendly and does not cause any allergic reactions, wear-resistant.
Absorption of mid-range and high-frequency noises, as well as plastic covering consolidation of the passenger compartment, are the main points of the SilenceFix material application. The sealing material is produced on the basis of polyurethane impregnated with a polymeric composition, it is self-adhesive and durable. It is easily deformed, compresses, and restores its initial thickness. It is widely used as a sound-absorbing layer.
Noise-absorbing material based on foamed polyurethane with latex impregnation. On the one hand, it has an adhesive layer, with which it is easy and simple to be applied on the surface of even a complex shape. The undulating soft surface of the material serves as a seal between the car body and the plastic parts of the interior. Thanks to latex impregnation WaveFix is very durable and has a memory effect – restores its shape even after very strong compression.
Ready-made set of car soundproofing for door processing. The set consists of materials for installation in the interior and on the door cards. CTK SpeakerKit eliminates resonance and vibrations of metal elements of the car door and plastic sheathing. By gluing the CTK material to the area around the speaker, you will eliminate vibration and rattling and improve the sound quality. Your audio system will play much better, and the sound in the middle and low frequencies will be significantly improved. This set is designed for 4 speakers, for the best results we recommend using 2 sheets for each speaker. The material is self-adhesive material, for installing recommend to use the CTK Roller.
Multilayer materials are a fundamentally new approach to car soundproofing. This is a unique solution that can be adapted to any vehicle depending on the desired effect. Multi-layer material with anti-vibration and sound and heat-insulating properties. The materials replace the first and second layers of soundproofing, so installation is very easy and fast.
Multimat Pro is a flexible 3-layer (multilayer) soundproofing material. It offers a high level of acoustic and thermal insulation properties up to 32 dB. Multimat Evo is a premium 3-layer (multilayer) soundproofing material made of lightweight polymer compounds. It consists of an innovative acoustic
membrane, a foamed rubber soundproofing layer and a vibration-absorbing adhesive sealant. This product is easy to apply, nicely fits contours, and most importantly absorbs vibrations instantly. It provides a high level of sound
insulation – up to 35 dB. The material is waterproof. It is recommended for use it treating the car floor or as a second layer on top of the sound-dampening materials for places with a particularly strong noise load. Recommended application temperature (°C) – from +10 to +40.

It is mastic based on butyl rubber and designed to be used for the anti-corrosion treatment of vehicles. It also possesses sound absorption and vibration-damping properties. After drying it creates a firm protective layer on the treated surface which is resistant against mechanical impacts.
It is a sealing material to eliminate creaking and rattling of plastic parts of the passenger compartment. It represents a tape of synthetic anti-wear fabric with a sticky layer. Applicable at junctions of components of passenger compartment.
Sealing butyl cord is a self-adhesive sealing material based on butyl rubber in the form of an uncured gray plastic mass. The cord has high adhesion (stickiness) to metal, plastic and glass, which ensures reliable sealing. The material is resistant to temperature extremes. It is used for sealing joints; insulation during installation of automotive headlights, in order to prevent dust and moisture from entering the headlamp.
Self-adhesive sealing and anti-creaking material based on foamed polyurethane in the foam of a tape. Due to the special polymer impregnation, the material can restore its shape, completely filling the space at the junction of the plastic to the metal in the car. Produced in the foam of tape. The material is non-toxic.

Aluminum foil 200 microns thick (0.2 mm) with strong Henkel acrylic glue. This material is mainly used as the first layer in sealing technological openings in car door chambers, on which the second layer is applied in the form of an alubutyl sound-absorbing mat. Due to this, the high rigidity of the entire surface of the damping door section is achieved without the need to install additional elements
(for example, metal flat rods) that reinforce the damping mat glued over the large technological openings. The higher rigidity of the material, sealing the surface above
the technological openings is primarily due to the greater mechanical stability of the walls of the entire door panel, which also acts as a housing for medium-sized subwoofers installed in the car door. This improves the quality of the sound and speed of low frequencies reproduced by the door subwoofers. FoilFix 200 can be used freely on other body elements, for example, as a second light layer glued over an aluminum-butyl cushioning mat to further enhance large body surfaces (such as the roof or floor).
