One of the most effective sound absorbing materials of the highest quality. CTK WaveFix PU is a self-adhesive, very flexible, very soft and delicate to the touch sound absorbing material based on special polyurethane with “memory”. This is a new version of one of the most popular sound absorbing material based on foamed polyurethane foam with latex impregnation. On the one hand, it has an adhesive layer, with which it’s easy to apply on surfaces of even complex shapes.
On the other hand, there is a wavy soft surface on which a thin, sound-transparent, moisture-proof black polyurethane film is applied. Serves as a seal between the body of the car and the plastic parts of the interior. Thanks to the latex impregnation and moisture-resistant coating, WaveFix PU is durable and has a memory effect – it restores its shape even after very strong compression. WaveFix PU is non-toxic and safe.
Recommended application temperature (°C) – from +10 to +40.
Operating temperature (°C) – from -40 to +100.
